• Items eligible for refund within 14 days of delivery, sales are final thereafter

• Return item(s) must be in original packaging,intact and in unused condition, mounted wheels are considered used. 
• 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items & cancelled orders

• All claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item(s) & must follow FedEx claim processes for reimbursement

Warranty

• Manufacturer’s one year limited warranty from date of purchase under normal driving conditions
• All of our wheels pass the JWL and VIA testing standards
• Warranty is void if product is used on low profile tires, Off-Road or Racing purposes and in severe weather conditions
